Some gal called, who I couldn't even understand. Area-Code Info has this # as Ace Green Landscapes, Houston TX. WTF?

Didn't answer, but caller ID says bus discount...

Called, left no message. I returned call ftrom caller ID BTS DSCNT OUTSO and read the lady who answered the phone the riot act.  If the call was so FREAKING important, leave a Da*n message....

Received a call from 1-281-440-4949 BTS Discount Outsourcing on May 2, 2008 at 11:16 AM CST.  Did not answer the first time.  Second or third time my husband answered....there was no answer.  Third or fourth time I picked up and once again there was no answer, but heard a lot of voices in the background.  With some researching I found this on the internet.  They wrote to a call center service in India.

You are absolutely correct.  Ace Green Landscapes has the exact same phone number as BTS Discount Outsourcing.  From my researching, it looks as if this Landscaping business is new.  They're just starting out, and possibly were assigned the same phone number, so it is a question as to which one is calling us!

The phone number 2814404949 and id address was showing "BTS  DSCNT  OUTSO" kept calling me, several times in a week. Who you are ? Who you calling for ? You need to stop now S O B.

unknown call...possible scammer...received today., 8-11-08 4:40 pm. Please investigate.

If this company expects to sell anything, they need to get someone on the phone who can speak clearly and distinctly. I could not understand a word this woman was saying and told her so. What an idiot! The first intelligible thing she said was could she talk to the office manager? Instantly I knew she was a telemarketer. I asked her what are you selling and that threw her for a loop! I do not buy from telemarketers, PERIOD. I hate them! They waste my precious time, ruin my train of thought and call me at least 5 or 10 times a day. Am I angry? YOU BET! The so called DO-NOT-CALL list is a joke. The FCC is not going to do anything about these idiots that call you. Why? Because how could candidates running for office call you if they were blocked by the FCC? We are all screwed and have to put up with these morons! If they are going to waste my time I am going to do my level best to make them feel just horrible about themselves! If you won't remove me from your call list then you deserve whatever I say to you which includes F#@k OFF! After all you are wasting my precious time! I just really don't care anymore!

Joseph, the President (spell it right) can reply with his boiler plate letter all he wants.  It's BTS calling over and over after specific instructions not to call this number which IS on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  I have filed an official complaint after they called back THREE times in five minutes.  It's not a landscape business calling, Joseph.  It's someone who can BARELY speak english.  Thanks by the way for providing your information.  Made filling out the complaint easier.

they just called me, too.  and like you said, the man could barely speak english.  had to have him repeat many times just to understand the "bts" part   i'm on the do not call list, too
