Bank Of America offering a stupid credit check.

Called offering free credit check.  I'm on the do not call registry.

Missed call. No message left.

Stop calling

they call daily and leave this on my answering machine "Hello, may i speak to _____? Hellooo!??"
then she hangs up....

Numerous calls throughout the day. Does not leave a message.

it calls several times per day but if I actually pick up, the caller hangs up.

No message left - receive a call everyday on my caller ID

Number from a Houston-based company, IC L.L.C. (Innovative Consultants, L.L.C.). This firm is a telemarketing company that lists "Customer Relationship Management" and "Colections" (Credit card debt recovery, Charged-off accounts etc.) among their specialties. Pres/CEO is Kenneth M. Sylvester.

This is the latest spammer calling the house - multiple times today. Thanks for the posts - will def. keep ignoring the calls. No messages left.

This is a Marketing organization using B Of A's name with an offer of free credit reports to get you to sign-up for monthly 12.95 cents credit monitoring service.  Very stubborn doesn't understand NO. Also very much a false presentation to get you talking.  I think a complaint to FCC, OCC, and President to BOA is very acceptable. The come on is that BOA is making this offer because of an unidentified threat level of ID theft and they need your account holder OK to send you free credit reports.  What an outright misrepresentation of facts. Folks lets shut down this type of organization; America doesn't need this business organization.

Thanks, I will ignore the calls as well.  They want more and more money for this and that and I don't have it.  Furthermore, I haven't been able to save anything and feel someone is draining or double dipping into my account.

I am broke so I don't need more stuff.  They are selling all of the time.

Caller ID has IC LLC on it

Call 2 - 3 times at night and wkends leaves no message - wish the calls would stop

Just physically (i.e.don't use call return) call the number and they offer to put you on their (IL LLC (part of Bank of America?) do not call list and says it only takes 24 hours. PTL!
