call is from dullyouth (AOL) screen name or try neph on IRC - smart kid but a loser - has the development of a case of God complex and paranoia - cant tell the truth for anything to save his life - originally from Minn - moved to Texas - don't bother with helping him out - it will be in vain =[

I received a call from this number today and my answering maching picked up a woman talking.  Called it back and the line said do not disturb was on.  The number is listed in Mont-Belview, Texas.

Received a call from this number around 10:30 AM on Saturday 6/13/09, we receive so many weird calls that we've opted to always answer in a foreign language. After mimicking our first "hello" in the foreign language and successfully or by chance answering to be "me" in the foreign language when inquired who was calling, he kept silent when inquired to identify who was "me". I hung up after 10 seconds of silence and came to this site. Voice seemed to be young adult male. Call matches profile of some of the other reports.

Normally, I answer with the following script:
"You have reached number that is registered with the "Do Not Call Registry" and you are now breaking do the law.  If you call again, I will report you to the Federal Trade Commission.  They normally hang up before I finish with my script.
