Our store has rc'd several calls from this number claiming to be about our computers.  We have asked to be removed from their call list. Today when a call was received and we informed that we had asked to be removed from their call list, "Ronnie" (very heavy Indian accent) screamed "No" in the phone and then hung up.

Just got a call from this number coming from Texas. The woman said that my computer was sending error messages to "tech support". She told me to do some things to my computer, and when I asked her what she was trying to do, she was very vague and didn't give me a straight answer. After this, I asked her, "What company are you from again?" and she said "If you don't want to fix your computer don't waste my time!" and then hung up.

Received a call from 281-593-3503.  Woman with an Indian accent said she was calling from cybersecurity and was informing me that I had a computer problem.  I knew this was a scam and told her I don't have a computer (really did though).   Why don't the feds, specifically the FBI  investigate this very obvious scam?

Got a call from "Nick Smith" (with heavy East Indian accent) - Cyber Support ….
Told him I knew he was a scam and he got all indignant and mad… I said, "You're going to tell me I have a virus, aren't you"……. He said  "Yes, you do"…. Told him to take my name off the list. He said they were a company that had been in business for 20 years and were legit - ….yeah, right.
Usually they hang up, but he was asking me why I wanted all of this information if I wasn't interested…I asked him for Name, Company name, call back phone number, Website … Told him he should be reported… He would of kept arguing, but finally, I said I didn't have time for him. What a buncha BS

Received the same call as similar to the above statements. Told me they were with Cyber Support and that my computer was "sending them signals of infection" then immediately asked me to start poking around in my operating system. At first I thought it was my Dell support, luckily I confronted them and upon confrontation was immediately hung up on.

I'm reporting them to the FTC. You can too!

The frustrating thing is that this number cannot be blocked, even though I pay extra for the blocking service on my landline.

Caller was a man, heavy Indian accent, told me he was calling from New York - cyber security. He gave me the same story about sending a signal.  I ask him which computer.  He said the one with the windows operating system on it.  I told him that both of them has windows on it and that I had already installed anti virus soft wear.  He said it was something different.he wanted me to turn on my computer, Press the windows emblem key on the keyboard and hit the "R" key  I played dumb and and said I did not understand and that the computer shut off  He started to get agitated with me and was very insistent that we needed to get it fixed right now.  After playing with him for a while I hung-up.

This guy claimed to be from Microsoft Windows Cyber Support. He wanted me to press CNTRL Windows emblem or something like that.  I was suspicious and asked for the address and phone number of his company.  He gave me a bogus address. Don't believe these guys.

I got a call from a guy with an indian accent today. He told me to push the windows button and press R. Then he made me type in a website and press the ammy button. After this me and my sister were very suspisious because he asked me to give him the code number or something like that. Then he started controlling my computer and some thing like"vicor want to controll your computer so then me and my sister were really worried she started clicking the x button and I told the guy that I need to discuss this with my sister and father. Then he said to call him back later once we discussed this and hung up. During the phone called I kept asking him questions and his answers were very vague.
