Someone called me from this number and when I called back they told me to enter the extension and If I didn't know it to press the * key. When I did nothing happen, just got some music for a few minutes and then i decided to hang up.

It is a collection agency.  I had an issue I was disputing with ATT and they bought out the bill.  They started calling me all day and everyday.  You can pick up and make them aware that you are aware of your right to ONLY receive things in writing.  If they are calling in error you can tell them that too.

Got a call from this number before, did some research and came across this site.  When I first called it back, I got the hold music for 20 minutes.  I googled the company name and found a local number here in Houston.  I was then put into two different people's voicemails and left a message for one of them to call me back.  I got a call today and actually answered the call.  Someone named Sharelle Lee finally got on the line after about 3 1/2 minutes of hold musice.  She informed me that this is a collection call for Baylor College of Medicine.  We'll see how long it takes for them to stop calling...

call keeps coming in from 281-670-1549. it is a collections agency. called FMA Alliance. They do credit cards,and medical collections on behalf of those clients.
