allstate modefication foreclosure help $99 dollars for paperwork

I'VE RECEIVED A CALL ON YESTERDAY FROM ANOTHER PERSO CLAIMING TO WANT TO HELP LOWER YOUR MORTGAGA RATE AND KEEP YOU FROM FORCLOSURE. DOES ANY ONE HAVE INFORMATIO ON THE REAL COMPANIES WILLING TO HELP PEOPLE IN TROUBLE WITH THEIR MORTGAGE?

Received a call from this number at 8:00 am on a Saturday. Recording claimed that my MasterCard had been cancelled and asked for my card number.  There is a chance they called my cell too because it rang at the exact same time but didn't show up on the caller id.  Seemed very odd.

Got a phone call from this number saying something about fraud alert and that they were blocking my mastercard. Said to push 1. When I pushed "1", the call disconnected. When I called the number back the man that answered was very difficult to understand, but said something about Mortgage. I had to ask him 3 times what he said in full and never understood him. Then he asked if I got a phone call and when I said yes, the said that someone was using their number for fraudulent calls and to ignore it. But I have a strange suspicion that he was not telling the truth. How could someone else use there number? The number came up on my phone and when I called back, he answered. Very suspicious!

Their really was a problem with someone illegally taking our caller ID and calling people in New Mexico and Texas.  There may be other states as well.  They called several thousands of numbers.  We have been fielding all incoming calls to try to explain.  We have stopped the out bound calls at this time by canceling our service.  Our company uses VOIP as our phone services which uses the internet for phone services.  Our tech people have identifed this and should have the issue resloved.

I received a call from Allstate Modification Services on 2/10/11.  I was so anxious to get help, I paid the $99 without doing a little background check on the company first.  I felt a little learey on the phone, but again I thought I was getting some God sent help.  Im wanting to know if this company is legit.  If not, who can I report them too.  I know I have probably lost $99.

I GOT THE SAME CALL AND PAID THE 99.00. THEY SAID IN ABOUT 45 DAYS THEY WOULD HAVE HAVE ALL THE PAPER WORK DONE SO THAT I COULD HAVE MY INTEREST RATE LOWERED AND THE PAST DUE PLACED ONTO THE END OF THE LOAN TO BRING ME CURRENT. HAVE YOU HAD ANY LUCK WITH SEEING IF THIS WORKS?

I have used this company and they have lowered my payment and saved my house from being foreclosed on.  They are the cheapest and really do work.

Not a scam, they have helped me too...

I did this and think the lord above for making me react so fast....i stop the payment.....when i tried calling back the number they gave me....218-763-0426....it was dissconnected.....do not trust anyone i found out if you want to modificate your loan go threw your lender they will help you the proper way.....scam...scam.... scam...they say it is allstate modification but they take the money out threw golf state.....

The number called me was 603-856-0991, ID was "Special Offer" The return number was 281-763-0426. The fee is $200.00 up front and $999.00 total  (upon completion.) IS THIS REAL???  59 years old, disabled, never missed a payment untill GMAC ADDED $900.00 a month to payment for escrow for one year. Taxes on a one bedroom house are not even close to $10,800.00 a year. Any help out there? Have 2 months to move out, no where to go.  ESP@Cablespeed.com

I hope this isn't a scam, or I have lost $99.00.  They are supposed to call me today to speak with the "modifier" Ken Dalton.  I have already faxed in the information requested which includes some personal identity material.  If this is a scam, then I see legal action in my future.

Did this really work for you.  Allstates Modification reached me on the phone with an apparent wrong number but I asked about the program and have started it, paid the 99.00.  Should I proceed?

A guy named deubourn brown.. n I found a blurry pic of him on Facebook. Yeah I was disparate n pd $99 n they really had no info of me. This is a scam! The comments above of the people saying it really works are working with the scamers. I was stupid n I don't want u to be. U can call ur lender urself n they will help u for free with modifications to ur loan.
