Caller called two times while I was at work.  Left a voice messages (male caller two times with foreign accent - sounded like it was almost indian or something) and when I listened to the messages it indicated to me the following:  Could not understand what the callers name was - but stated he was calling from a Law Firm (did not indicate which law firm) - and that there were three serious allegations agaisnt me and that there would be officers coming to my home mailing address or job if I did not call back.  The officers would be bringing a hard copy of these allegations and then they would "drag me to the courthouse" to resolve these allegations.

They have called me multiple times on my cell from 281-763-0470.  First a lady with a foreign accent was on the line telling me there was a lawsuit against me.  Could barely understand her with her accent and all of the background noise.  She would not tell me who filed the lawsuit or why but told me to hold for her supervisor.  A man then came on the line asking me how many children I had and if I would marry him.  I hung up the phone and then they started calling my number over and over.  I just kept rejecting the call and so far they have not called back.  If the number shows up again I will be calling the police.

I posted the other post about this number "dragging me to the courthouse" the other day.  I just heard from one of my managers at my employer - and now these people are calling my job......When my manager asked what "law firm" they were calling from - they just stated "law firm" and hung up the phone.  She did manage to get the phone number from them though.  I called this morning - 281-763-0470 number that she gave me over the phone two times and there was dead air...... Now, I have to be worried about these people coming to or calling my job on a daily basis?  Cant someone stop these people from frightening people and causing them mental breakdowns about whats going to happen next??????

2011Folks, I want to let you know that both the FBI and FTC are actively investigating this. I work for a federal court judge. These [***] made a HUGE mistake calling me. The FBI field office for my region of my state happens to be two doors down from ours. Each call I received was recorded, and the FBI is tracing the origin of the calls. Being that I work in a federal agency, the spoof number system DOES NOT WORK. What is distressing is that some of these calls originate within the US. However, that makes it that much easier to track them..... they will be caught!!!

They screwed with the wrong girl here. The last call I got, three weeks ago, I put them on hold and got the FBI agent , who took the call. We tracked the number to Texas.

Ding dong.......before they know it, they will be busted!

REPORT EVERY CALL TO THE THE AUTHORITIES......... EVERY ONE!!!

I received the same phone  call this morning..The lady who left a message has the name of Tracy Moore..Unsure if that was the correct spelling but it sounds like that.She was talking about a lawsuit filed against me.She was asking me to call her back and if I don't she will be sending  officers to my address or in my workplace or sending my case to the courthouse. She even mentioned that if I will not be returning her call I will be paying such amount of  $12,000. And the last part of her message was " Don't force me to take any legal actions against you "

I called back the number and spoke to a guy although I requested for the " [***] " who left me the message..I couldn't understand what that guy is talking about so I just hung up..Then he called me again..During our conversation I asked who filed the lawsuit against me but couldn't provide one..I was screaming at him on the phone trash talking him then he simply hung up..

Then later this afternoon the same [***] called me and left a message mentioning the same issue..I just simply rejected it..

I just got that same call!! This Tracy Moore send  in accordance to chapter 19 section 9 I was not compliant with they were going to haul me out of my work place?  I looked those numbers up and it is a paragraph from the INS about most wanted posters.  HUH? weird.  Where is everyone from?  I am in Boston.  Is this nationwide or contained? They better not call my work!  I am in management here working with finance, that would look sooo bad!

This number has called here also today several times, Tracy Moore, yea whatever, she is foreign cant make out what half the people are saying ,however, there is no end because these calls came through from ocenside california 3weeks ago. (different number), 2weeks ago, came from NJ, and today came from TX.These are scams and have reported to authority but if you hve got phone calls fyi, they hve all your private info, they have repeated to us several times..Have also reported to bank, and recorded these conversations.There must be something to do for these people to get caught, I believe these calls are being routed from us , international areas.However these are validated phone companies within U.S.So until they actually call someone (like the fbi,etc), and they get these daily, there will be no end for anyone getting these calls.So maybe if someone getting these calls knows someone who is actually able to take action and find them would help all of us.We hve had to put fraud alerts on everything , changing checking,  because if u are getting these call you NEED TO BE AWARE THEY HVE EVERY PIECE OF INFO ON YOU!!!!!!They are so stupid they tell you , dont believe just ask ,, because they got it!!!!!fed up with the situation, anyone can help everyone on line pls post your info......

Yes, I posted on this also, Same issue here with the sicko,Tracy Moore, shes a nut case and will continue to call, along with all the men you hear in back ground .These calls stated approx 4weeks ago , Notice, all are where there are on the coast lines , TX, FLO, CALI,NJ,....The numbers will continue to change , and the state continues to change, phone calls end , then will pick up again....So Like I stated until somebody that is somebody gets these calls they are not going to quit, let alone they have all of our private info...fraud alerts ,police reports etc been made , calls still continue!

If you get info, pls post ,because we have had to report identity theft ,fraud alertts, checking acct info change and  debit cards all change, because they have all this information, and tell u this.they hve social the whole nine yards.So if there is someone working this we need info on this group of people....we have recorded several of these conversations, of them giving us our information....

I received the identical message today - 24 March - from 281-764-0470.
Not knowing what it was about, I returned call,nobody answered. Information told me that area code 281 is in Texas. Short of asking a Texas official to look into this number, I don't have any idea what to do. My number, which I have had all of six weeks, is unlisted. However, the voice sounds very similar to the voice of the man who called me six weeks ago at my original number and told me to get a lawyer because he was going to sue me for murdering his sister! I know, sounds crazy. He most certainly is crazy.

I just noticed that I sent wrong phone number! The man called from 281 763 (not 764)- 0470.

[***] named Lisa called me from this #.  Just like you all, she from law firm and she gave me same threats mentioned above.
She even quoted in the voicemail the last 4 digits of my ss#.  I can't wait to call her and act like I am terrified for a while then laugh at the dumb [***].

the same people call me, got me all stress out, thank GOD I read this msg's from all of you, I'm going to change my acct number. The police need to do something to these idiots.

I just received a call from these people and I need to know who I can call to report them.

3/28 at 11:11 am, A person with a strong Indian accent asked if he could speech with ** and I told him this was her.  He asked if I would verify last 4 digits of my social and place of work.  The information he gave me was correct.  He explained he was with law firm and was in the process of notifying me I had a subpoena coming to my home for a debit.  He then asked me if I could give him my lawyer’s name that was handling the lawsuit that has been put onto me.  At this point I had no idea what the gentleman was talking about and asked if he could give me a little more detail on who was suing me.  At this point he asked me if I was notified of a lawsuit that has been put against me and I replied with a no. the gentleman put me on hold and said he needed to speak with a supervisor.  Another strong accented Indian man came onto the line and asked how he can help me.  I stated that I was put on hold because someone was going to tell me what was going on.  The (supposed) supervisor stated that Cash Advance Pay date was suing me for a loan I didn’t satisfied.  He stated that Cash Advance Pay date tried to retrieve the funds from my account and that the transaction was declined.  To me this didn’t make any since, because if they put money into my account why couldn’t they take it out.  Also, I reviewed my records and do see me ever requested a loan from Cash Advance Pay date.  I ask the supervisor to give me more information and at that point he said he couldn’t, because it would hurt the case against his client.  At this point I told him I would call Cash Advance Pay date and find out what was going on.  When he could provide me with some proper documentation I would continue the conversation. I then hung up on him.

just got the same call from a Tracy Morgan telling me that if don't call her back I will have to pay $12000.00, so i called the number back and the phone just ranged several times; then someone by the name Staci Wilson (same voice on the voicemail) called back and asked if I just called? I said yes, I asked her what can I do for you, she ask for my name, then  said can I speak to Tracy, she is busy with another client, 'm her supervisor, so I said what can i do for you, and she replied "did tracy inform you of the case against you, I said nope, can you tell me? I will let my supervisor explain it to you, I was put on hold for about 2 minutes, then guy named Brian got on the phone, but before I would let him talk, I informed him that our conversation will be recorded and if that was alright, asked him twice before he replied with a yes. So he went on to explain the case to me, I informed him I don't know of this company name "CashAdvance" he replied that you have a loan with them and that he will have the cops to pick me up and taken to jail, so I said that I have 1 standing beside me "would you like to speak to him"? His reply was "HAVE A NICE DAY" and hung up.

these calls need to stop

I just got a call from a woman sounds like her name is Gruce Gray or something that sounds like that. I called the number that she called from back, and the number that she left back and got nothing. WTF! I haven't done anything! My husband is military and I have 2 babies. They're messing with the wrong person, I know to answer this number if/when they call again! Who do we report these people to! I was like I know I have a loan that's like 2 days over due but I didn't think that was serious enough for a complete file against me. lol

So is this something we need to worry about or go on and not think about it?

Wow....that Tracy Moore just called me, told me I was crazy and she was sending an ambulance to my house and having me admitted to a psych ward......ROFLMAO!!!!!   As I type this, she just called me back AGAIN and said "hello, do you know you are crazy"?......what the hell is this.  I did at least get her to tell me that the "law suit" was over a payday loan....I HAVE NEVER EVEN GOTTEN A PAYDAY LOAN.

This same thing happened to me on 04/01/2011. I was informed that I was being sued for a title loan on my vehicle that I NEVER took out. The person had the last name of one of my friends and the mental anguish from thinking a friend took out a loan on my car has been extreme and caused me HUGE distress. The people that I talked to also sounded like they were from India and I had a very difficult time understanding anything. I DID, however, understand that they were going to sue me for $10,000 and my car isn't even worth that much so NO title loan place would loan that kind of money. They also threatened to come to my home with a Sheriff and had my actual address! The other number that I got from this is 510-214-8905. I did reverse number searches on these phone numbers and they both show up as landlines. The 281# is "supposedly a law office according to the "Michael" that I spoke with and they were representing ACF. I filed a report with my county and it is on record now. I hope those B---stards get the book thrown at them!!!!! I'm writing a letter to the AG's Office and everywhere else I can think of.  I was so upset, I was unable to focus at work and unable to sleep. This is not the end to MY investigation of these low lifes!
