Robocall scammer for a free cruise.  I hung up.

Rang twice, then they hung up, no VM message. Returned call with *67 prefix gives strange (international?) ring cadence, then hangs up after 2 cycles. Maybe they are careful and don't answer "unknown caller" or "private caller", LOL

I also first received a call on:
1.st  call last Saturday 10-24-2015 at 1:02PM "281 771-0025 UNKNOWN" -they hung up after voicemail answered
2nd. call  Tuesday       10-27-2015 at 4:24PM "281 771-0025 UNKNOWN" -they hung up after voicemail answered
3rd.  call   Thursday     10-29-2015 at 6:06Pm "281 771-0026 UNKNOWN" -voicemail is turned off & our phone line is now disabled. they tried redialing exactly 10 times all listed at within 6:06PM within about 30 to 40 seconds then they quit.

These callers are getting credit for making an "established phone connection when a person or a machine answers the call .  "This person" making an  international call being made from outside the U.S. is charging a fee for each successful connection. As their calling percentage connections drops lower and lower on their call list from dialing multiple times  they change their spoofed number to another spoofed number to use. They continue to use the same call list & constantly adding more number to dial.

Robocall Scammer, for "Free cruise".  I hung up.

Called today 10min. apart weird. googled it and came across this. thanks for heads up will block.

Received a call. Answered it because I thought it was from a friend. She said her name was Savannah and I was caller 15 for FuseRadio98. I had won a free cruise for being caller #15. Interestingly, I hadn't called in to any radio contest. They had my telephone number and said it was my claim number. I need to go to their site (Fuseradio98.com) and claim my prize. Stateroom cabin on this free cruise to the Bahamas out of West Palm Beach.

This scammer uses different numbers, ending 0022-0023-0024-0025-0026 all the same.

Claims to be some customer service rep. Recorded audio offers a vacation. Caller ID says TX,USA

What a despicable world we live in. EVERYTHING is a scam.

Free cruise!  They really have no shame.

All expenses paid vacation, free.  These criminals should be in a Peruvian prison.

Called yesterday.. Sunday afternoon. Said we won a crusie.. Right.. Never entered.. Hate scammers/ local call which makes it worse. If a number pop up twice on caller id its junk

"Spring TX"  on the caller ID.  No message.  Thanks for posting, it's our only defense right now.
The phone companies have the power to stop these calls, but they won't because they make money from every call placed,  selling spoofed numbers to the scammers, and from us when we buy more caller ID.  Wouldn't surprise me if they get a cut from call blocker purchases also.
Until  we force the phone companies'  hand, these calls will never stop.
