Fred Woods claims he's a lawyer r sumthin

Her name is Jenna White and she keeps calling and this last time she said she is coming to my office.  She also called my parents house and asked for my deceased father

Debt collector from Clear Lake, Texas if they threaten you with charges report them to the FTC

Said he got my number in a investigation and was calling to serve me

I recieved a call from Mike Davis from 281-786-4057. States that he needs my home address and gave me a claim number. Says that this is my final notice and if I don't call him back I will be served. How is he going to serve me without an address? He gave me a 866-433-9144 number to call him back at. The company name is United Firm and they are a FRAUD!! Do not call these people back. Do not give them any of your information. They have no legal right to take you to Jail. They are just annoying and want your money.

Debt collector  said his name is paul wade,  same thing serve papers on a debt that's not even mine.  told them to not call my work and they did again about 2 hours later.  I have a screen shot of the phone showing the calls from this number. hum might pursue my options on this one.
