horrible center they hold your packages and will send them back without notification..will never use UPS again

UPS is very unprofessional I just moved to this apt. and my orders are being returned due to fraud cases here before I moved here, and they are denying me to pick up packages even with driver license Ive been told all packages will be returned, this is horrible and an inconvience, and Iam being told all day package is out for delivery..

No calls from this #, but would like to comment on UPS.  I live in a residential neighborhood in Houston, TX.  Several times a week, an 18 wheeler UPS freight truck drives thru neighborhood & stops to visit with a resident who lives at on the corner of an intersection.  He does not park in front of the house, instead parks on main street of intersection.  Senior citizens, Moms pushing strollers/etc use these streets + schools are nearby. The driver comes thru slowly, but parks on the major street of the  intersection making it difficult to either turn or go straight thru intersection as cannot see around the large 18 wheeler.  Hope no wrecks are caused by this UPS 18 wheeler freight truck parking.  Seems UPS does not educate drivers in neighborhood courtesy.  Calls to UPS have be ignored.

UPS is useless having very unprofessional staff.

This forum is to find out who called us and exchange information.   Your opinion of USP has nothing to do with the purpose of this forum.

Folks,  call UPS and complain.   This forum is not about trashing businesses.

I dial the ups office on sweetwater rd at 2818476600 tonight and that woman that answered was the most rudieat and unprofessional person I have heard to work a business they really need to reconsider who they put in office I will be reporting her to corporate office

I called the same number 281-847-6600 spoke to two different ladies, both were very plesant, helpful, and professional. The last person was very patient to confirm all information for pick-up, eventhough the computer system was down. So, give them a break!
