I do not know this person and suspect that it is junk / call soliciting / telemarketing

My fiance received a call from that number yesterday, and also didn't get a voicemail.  The thing is that we live in Indiana, and know no one from Texas.  I also received a call from a similar number today, 281-895-8419.  Same thing happened.  Plus, our numbers are cell numbers that aren't in a phone book.
