Got a call from an unknown number. A jeffery burrow said he's a independent server for  my county, and says he will serve me on a certain day if he doesn't hear from me to schedule a day. He also states I can call the Claimant office at 281-973-2880 for any questions, This number isn't even a number in my county. He calls again the next day giving the same number and saying he or someone from his office will be by the next day and i will need valid ID  to sign for the document.
Issues: jeffery Burrows or any variant of the name is not listed on approved process servers for my state.
           Most process servers aren't going to schedule a service time.
           My county doesn't have a "claimant office"
           The phone number given isn't in my county
           No requirement for showing ID or Signing for a summons or any papers served
