The number that displayed was "Unavailable" 442890444232, I assume 44 is the code for getting an out of country line? Anyways, so it was William from Dell computers calling to speak with ___________ about a storage refresh. I informed him that ___________ was not in our IT department so I forwarded him on to someone in IT.  I always think that companies that have the caller id say "Unavailable" are shady and therefore I do not usually trust them. Dell, I would suggest changing your caller id to reflect your company in order to appease suspicious Receptionists. :D Because it is our general understanding that "unavailable" equates to "shady AF business"
