Frequent calls... No message, no-one there

I get 2-3 calls a day from these guys with no one ever on the other line.  Would love to find out who they are and how to get them to disappear.

miscalling, called back, no one answer.

Aro collection agency is who the # belongs to. They  say I owe money from a cibc account.  I have never banked with cibc in my life.  I refuse to give them any info.  They call multiple times a day from different numbers even though I tell them not to call.  I called the crtc they told.me to call Consumer Protection in ontario 1-800-899-9768.

Called back no one ever answeres. Not any information left on voice mail unclear as to what they want.

Called leaving an automated voice message.  Claim to be from Scotiabank.  I believe they are crooks trying to skim money out of retired people.  Too bad this government doesn't do anything anymore to protect the citizens.  I would like to get the address of this scammers and thank them personally for these calls.  Please someone share that info with us.  Thanks.
