Not sure if it's telemarketing or collection company...calls but does not leave message or say anything! I just ignore the call!

Do not call  you are harassing me !!! You have no rights ti keep calling !  

Received a message from this number, identified the company as FMS Financial Solutions.  I don't have any outstanding accounts so I have no idea what this is.

If they want to speak with me they need to leave their name, the name of their company and the reason for the call. I will call back, if only to say don't call again. Leaving a message that it is to my benefit to call some random number does not inspire me to return the call.

This is a collections agency. The first time I spoke with someone, I didn't know about the outstanding bill and I said I would need to verify with my insurance. After that their reps started calling every day and leaving voicemails. The last time I actually spoke with a rep, he said they have tried to collect money from me for two years and their next step would be to involve law enforcement. He also told me the amount I owed was $50 over the actual amount.

They called my cell and asked for me.  Because I didn't recognize the number I replied, "May I ask who's calling?"  They hung up.

Someone named Dave Kennedy called my sister's phone looking for me and my mother and then called my cell saying his name was Dave Kennedy and I needed to call him before 5pm. Didn't say what company he was with or anything like that. I don't know this person and never spoke with this person before.
