Who is it? I didn't find anything specific on the web about this number.

Got two phone calls on Dec. 21 in the morning, one at 8:53 and the second at 8:54. No message. Called the number back and there was no answer and no voicemail clicked on.

I got a call on my cell from this number.

I got a call from this number, I didn't answer, because I didn't know who it was.  Come to find out it was my husband, and he's deployed right now.  I'm guessing he called a post and they transferred him out on this line.

I got a call this morning also and didn't answer cause I didn't know who it was. They left no message so guess it wasn't important.

It's a switchboard number, this is why no one picks up. If you know someone who works at 301-227-****, it's probably that person.

It's the outgoing number for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.  There is no way to know who exactly called unless they leave you a message.

if you know someone who is deployed it's probably them calling!!! answer the phone!!!

This was a call from my daughter routed through Maryland.  She is deployed.  If you have a Deployed soldier-ANSWER THE PHONE.
