This number called two times in a row. first time left no message second time I answered they hung up who is this and why. I'd appreciate it if people that don't know me best not call

These people haved called me at least three times a day for the last three days asking for a person I have ever heard of. I tell them every time they have the wrong number and they just keep calling. How do I make them stop?
