This # called yesterday & left a robo message. Gave a badge #7565, said the call was about an enforcement action being brought against me by the US Treasury. It involved tax fraud and Federal Criminal offenses. If I didn't call this # back I would be arrested. This is a huge scam!!! The US Gov. dose not call & leave you a threatening  message. Please don't fall for this.

Called and left message that I was going to be arrested if u didn't call back, scam all the way.

I live in Minnesota and received a Robo message (tax fraud) scam from 301 298 8083 Upper Marlbo MD. Message told me a number to call of (408) 819-9455  or be arrested.

I also have been getting these calls. They send them by Private Caller, then leave the fake message while leaving this number for me to return the call.

I received a call from these guys about a month ago or so.  They told me that I needed to call 301-298-8083.  They talked about grand juries and fines.  I ignored it knowing it was a scam.  Then, at 11:30am this morning, I received another message saying that I am now going to jail unless I call that number.  Seeing how I am not going to call that number, I will see you guys there.

Missed a call from 301-298-8083, left  partial message on the answering machine (ROBO) about being sued by the Fed Gov?

Additionally, I tried to save the message and it deleted it self?

Just got a call.  Let it go to VM.  Robo message stating US Treasury saying I have to call or I will be arrested.

Just got a call I let go to VM from 301-298-8083. Didn't get all the message but it was some robo voice saying I must call the same number Len C mentioned; 408-819-9455 before charges are filed against me.

I live in NJ and just received the same recorded message about an "enforcement action" against my name. The funny part of the message urged me to call back "before I get arrested". It also used the term "magistrate" as in "brought before a magistrate".

What annoys me most is that my 82 year old mother would call back if she got this message!

This is the second time that a phone caller pretending to be from the IRS has left a threatening message.  The first time it sounded like a machine generated message.  This one gets even more threatening.  Total scam...don't answer, and hope they burn in hell.

The number they wanted me to call back was 408.819.9455 which is out of California.  This is a SCAM.  I'm an elderly lady who doesn't own anyone any money.

Received a robo-message ON MY CELL PHONE claiming to be the US Treasury stating that I have committed tax fraud.  that I need to call them back immediately to avoid prosecution.  These people that are doing this are such worthless losers!  Pull some morals and values out of your as*, get a life and become productive!!  Stop wasting my time!

A woman robot/or disguised voice alerting me to a foreign investment option the US Treasury Department has investigated and is issuing a warrant for my arrest, so I better call 408-899-1455 now before they turn it over to federal agents and they arrest me....bla bla bla...
The 301# appears to be VoIP in Maryland and the 408# a cell in San Jose California
Like I have the money to make a foreign investment (LOL x 1000)
