Get a call from this number approximately once per week.  No one leaves a message and  I have no idea who it could be.

It's some operation called "Fink Energy" -- spoke to a guy - very rude.  Demanding to know whether I handed our energy account.

same here, a couple times a week and it is eating up my minutes and $$$!!!

Received this telephone call asking to speak to the person who the electric bill is delivered to.  When I told them I was that individual, they proceeded to inform me about Constellation Energy moving into my area (NE Ohio) and asked me who I belonged to.  I informed him that I've been with Constellation Energy for about 2 years now (the truth) and he commented that he didn't even know they've been in Ohio for that long.  I noticed a lot of noise in the background as if he was stuffed in a cubicle in some call center.  Didn't sound very professional, but you won't get much for minimum wage I suppose.

Called me and asked if I could answer 2 questions to determine if I was eligible to take a survey.  I said "sure, but I also do telephone surveys regarding public education would you mind helping me out?  It only takes about 15 minutes and then I'll take your survey."  I believe that's the first telemarketer that ever hung up on me.  Well, maybe not - there was the one guy a bill collector who kept calling me - only he wasn't looking for me.  So I called him back and advised him he had the wrong number and asked that he not call again.  He called again the next day and unfortunately for him - I had nothing to do at work so I continued to call him for about 4 hours - he'd answer and I'd say, "How do you like this as*wipe"?" - he'd hang up and I called right back.  I had fun - if nothing else.

I work for a large commercial real estate company in an office tower within a pretty large city. I had a call from this number saying it was in regard to the N-Star electric bill. I asked which property or office tower they were calling about and that stumped them for a second. They asked again for the person in charge of the N-Star account. I told him I needed a contact name to put him through and hung up. When some telemarketing people call, I just say "Sorry, Mr. X doesn't take outside calls," and hang up!

Just got one here, guy was very rude.  They've called multiple times about power reselling, I've asked to be removed from whatever calling list, I complained on their website today.

I received a call from "Constellation Energy" on my way to lunch with my co-workers one day. I told the lady that I was a little bust today, she said she would call back at another time. The same lady called me back few days later at the same time of day and I told her that I was not interested in their services. She was upset, as if I was the first person to ever do so, and she rudely got off of the phone. I receive a call at lunch time approximately 2-3 times per week from the same number, but when I answer the call there is never anybody on the line. I would like to complain to them, but they seem to be allowed to behave how ever they would like. Take a look at their website, it was clearly designed by a child.

Remember that the last friday of each month is national Harassment Call Back Day.

It is your oppurtunity and the oppurtunity for many others to use that day to call back all those calls you got all month that you did not want. Save those numbers that called you.  When everyone takes the time to call them back and complain at least once on the same day (last friday of each month) that will give them a full day of non-business as a pay back for harassing everyone else all month. Started last month and is growing Let all of your friends and family know and co workers.

Take our phone lines back by taking real business away from them for at least one day a month. If we do nothing they win.

Got 3 phone calls from this number 301-361-1127 in one day! No voice message left. This must stop!

They call me everyday! I answer hoping to tell them to stop but nobody is ever on the other line. What the hell! I try to call back and get nothing.

Energy Scam.

About a year ago, I started getting calls from this number 4-5 times a week.  Most of the time, I wouldn't have my phone on me, and I don't believe in voicemail (it's 2012 - get yourself set up with a Twitter, people...) so they never left a message.  Once in a while, I would actually catch the call when the phone rang, but no matter how I answered the phone, I would only hear silence on the other end.  I would call the number back, and there would be nothing but silence.  

I did a reverse lookup online, and I was shocked at what I found out... THE CALL WAS COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE!!!

I  get calls from this number at least once a week. I never answer because I don't recognize the number or the calling party's name.

These Morons call at least twice a day. I usually don't answer but when I do nobody is there. I have my phones all on the do not call list..This is getting pretty irritating . Anybody have any suggestions on how to stop them from calling?

I see I am not the only one harassed by this number. Calls just about daily and never leaves a message. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.
