They called me at 5 am this morning. I didn't answer but they sure woke me up. Punks.

They called me at 2:30am this morning....woke my 7 month old up and was pissed!! I live in kansas so why the hell is someone in Maryland calling at that hour?

Got a call from this number. It was a recording saying it was the German National Bank and my debit card had been frozen,  to reactivate press 1. Seems fishy

Got the exact same recording, German-American national bank, debit card frozen. Also live in Kansas. All these post are only hours to a day old. My bank card was not compromised, but it seems like a phishing scam.

I got a call from this number at 3:35 PM CST - it went to voicemail and all I caught in the recording was that "your debit card has been frozen; to reactivate, press one". I checked here before answering the call/calling back. Sounds like a major scammer to me!

Same story as all the rest: I live in KS, got call at 2:35 am CDT, Sunday 3-30-14, I did not answer, they did not leave a message.

1am is a bit over the top even for an automated phone scammer. My story is like all the rest. They are predators. I wonder how many will fall for it?

Same thing. Didn't answer and didn't get a voicemail. When you call back you get the option to dial an extension or hear the directory. Couldn't understand the companies name. Most likley won't be answering in the future.

Called at 7pm. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I also live in KS. Just the latest scam most likely. I'll block the number on my iPhone so I don't get a call at 2am like others have!

This call to Kansas at 6:30pm showed up from Maryland. Since I don't know anyone from that state,  I did not answer.

Called at 3:30 am. They left a voice mail. It is a scam.

These [***] called me at 3:01am and when I called back all I got was an answering machine. Can anyone tell me who these [***] are? Not very happy in Indiana.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

They called me at 100 in the morning and woke me up. I did not answer.

This number called on home phone before 7 a.m. and on cell phone a day later at 8 a.m. Called German American bank (I do not have an account there or debit card) and they said it was a scam and all 812 numbers were going to be called.

This number called my direct line at my office at Indiana University at 5:20 this morning. Left no message.  A quick Google of the number brought me to this site.  Obviously scammers have highjacked this number to mask their auto-dialing system.  It is certainly not the GSA, or the FDA, or the German-American bank, or Heery-Tishman construction.  I'm blocking the number on my cell in case their system tries calling that number in the middle of the night like so many of you have experienced.  It's unfortunate we have to learn to check out numbers like this before returning a call to a number we don't recognize.  It's a big mistake to just blindly call back a number nowadays... you don't know who on the other end is using that to confirm they have your number correct, or what they'll do with it.

i received a call this afternoon around 6:pm I live in Indiana, I didn't recognize the number so I let the machine get it and it left the same message stating my debit card had been frozen and to press 1 to reactivate  I wrote down the number off of caller id so I could check out
