number Belongs to a fake company called Bramlea Financial Group.  They prey on the desire to get your debt consolidated by offering a low interest loan.  Now heres the kicker, your already approved but the loan stipulations revolve around your credit score.  They take the tactics of todays high interest credit cards by requiring security for the loan (5 months Payment).  Then when they get it from you they turn around and say they made a mistake. and need another ten months.  When you tell them that you wanna cancel they tell you that you have to come to their office in Maryland, which By the way is probably not a real office, and put your request for return funds in person.    
Beware of any company like this.  If they cannot provide information to you about the owners or investors providing the loan then most likely they are scam artist. They also have a very nice website http://www.bramlea-group.com

Update, this company is now Brimmley Lending Services still running the same scam. The person's name is Jeff O'Riley

the guy that scammed me was named Charles Mirkovich. I just fell victim to the scam a couple adys ago. He faxed me "loan documents" from virginia.
