I think you may be right, it may be Chase.  At least I know I'm not egnoring a long lost friend!

pretty sure it is discover card.....they will call me on my homephone and cell phone at the same time!

it's chase. I'm behind in paying my bill due to umemployment and have spoken to them 4 times about it. Still they insist on calling me up to 12 times a day. I'm not exagerating this, they have called up to that many knowing my current situation.

They called me 9 times to my cell phone in a 2 hour period and to my home 6 times and it is Chase. I already told them I can't make a payment because I lost one of two part time jobs and they still keep calling.

Called the 800 number they left and gave the guy the riot act.  Called on my cell phone, this and another number have been mass dailing me in the last month.  I have had the same cell number for 9 years now (business line) and never had a call of this sort before.  

Never had a chase bank account, credit card or mortgage ever.  Got another call from a collection company that appears to be a Kohl's credit card.  Again I have never had any association with this company either.

I have no idea who these damn calls are coming from, Ive stopped picking up the phone...they call first thing in the mornings, everyday, multipul times....
But if it is a CHASE like the others list above, I dont know what to think... Ive NEVER had a chase card, or anything to do with them..... no morgages, no cards, no loans.... so I dont know what this crap is about.... I am even on the supposed "dont call list".....

Call came to Kansas from Maryland at 16:12 hours on 9-9-09. Call not answered and no message left. Other sites reportr this as a credit card scam

I suspect these are bill collectors subcontracted by Chase, and maybe once by discover from the posts. There are several different sites about this phone number (301) 620-8006 if you type it into a search engine like Google. I just received the rudest phone call from a man who repeatedly demanded to know my name. He called on my private cell phone, and it's after half a dozen calls from this same number in the last 2 days. I am reporting this to the FCC because I told him my phones are on the do not call list, and that I wanted him to identify himself and the company he was calling from. He refused to do either of those things, as mandated by law. He was intimidating, hostile and rude, and kept demanding that I identify myself! Eventually he asked for some unrecognizable name. I said they don't live here, and he hung up. If this company is a bill collector that someone like Chase subcontracts with, they should know about this illegal behavior. So as a Chase customer in good standing I called them, and told them about all the bad public relations they are generating. I would think they would like to know that web sites have long posts about this phone number, and a few similar ones like (301) 620-8004. If you receive a call and they won't identify their company and it's address, it's against the law, and please report the call to the Federal Commmunications Commission.
