They call asking for a person with a nade-up name, in my case, "Tracy Spinger". They are offering some kind of education referral services - through a program called "My College Directory" though they said that there are others, among them "Capital (capitol?) Education". The call center may be located in Missouri, but I was able to get from them that the main company is called "Silverback" and that they are located in Pennsylvania. I've been getting calls from them every morning (6:30 AM in my time zone) and afternoon for the past five days, despite my requests to be placed on the do-not-call list (and being listed in the national DNC registry).

There was no answer after I said 'hello' and the call came in right after I received another odd call (a hang-up after 'hello') from 301-969-3056.  I don't know if the two are related.
