Got a call from this number, called ID said "Unknown Name", didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

They rang until it went into voice mail then hung up.

They called my business number (a Maryland area code) and asked what type of services we offer but never announced who they were.  I asked why were they asking since they didn't introduce themselves.  The caller immediately hung up.  I called the number back and an automated voice said they were "Strategic Bid Inc".  I say scam..

Trying to sell GSA government contract to company.

The caller identified himself as Victor from Contract Award Services.  When I asked the reason for the call, he said "RFPs and RFQs."  The caller hung up while I was checking to see if the individual that he had called wanted to take his call.

Called and I didn't answer. No voice mail left. Given that they are calling other people who have no association with me I would have to guess this is one I am glad to miss. I'm blocking the number.

Caller starts talking in the middle of my "thank you for calling how may i help you" greeting...says his name is "John"- asks for a guy who hasnt been here in 2 years..says he is looking to see if we want to do a GSA 5 year contract for the Federal Government...asks fr owners name- I tell him i cannot give that information out and offer to take a message- he leaves a call back number of 502-694-3280 even tho caller id showed 301-880-4551 when he called.

We have spoken to these people before- Boss has also and told them we are not interested...they keep calling...really need to get a voicemail that just blares some GWAR or other death metal...or perhaps Nicki Minaj....

"Joe" said he was from Contract Awards, and the caller ID said Lexington PK MD. I was going to transfer him to voicemail and he hung up.

Got a call from 301-880-4551; that I didn't answer, because I didn't recognize the number. The caller didn't leave any message. I so dislike cold calls. I don't trust these type of calls.

Got a call from 301-880-4551.  Caller said she was Sandy and asked to speak to a company owner regarding a government contract.  When told none were available, she asked for the president by name.  She left her number as 205-396-3637 and said she was working for Capital Financial Group.  Her call back number was not the same as the one on my phone's read-out.... one number was in Maryland the other in Alabama.

They called place of business this morning informed them owner doesn't work onsite. They responded with some federal business contract mummble. I asked to be removed from call list and 2 hours later called again laughing then after I informed them again take me off list hung up on me.

I answered. The rude dude on the other end said. Oh my god and hung up.

Received a phone call that I did not answer.
I did not call the phone number back but rather googled it and found this information.

Odd, voicemail from this number but no missed call on my phone. Message said they were looking for people interested in a GSA contract.

Phone id says SBOS.  Telemarketer turd in human form.  Eff 'em.

Creepy guy demands to know about my business but when I won't give information he gets mad.  I hung up.  He's called me many times now.

When I saw the caller ID I hesitated then near the end of ringing, before VM, I clicked to open then waited before saying anything to determine if it was a robocall or live.  When no one spoke, after about 7 seconds of silence, I answered in a low gruff male voice, like I was sleeping, and only said "hello".  
The male caller said, "Oh I'm sorry, I dialed the wrong number" then hung up.
I normally answer in chinese and then start yelling at them (in chinese) because I can't understand them.  I get the funniest responses.

SCAM SCUM!  IF YOU PAY THEM $5,000.00, you'll be CONSIDERED for bids through government contracts.

I too received a call from sbos I in stark contrast to all of you am pleased I took the call.  Very informative I will be able to get a government contract which I have been wanting for a while.  

Lesson:  not to judge happy client
