called this morning.  it says survey but it is card services again using another spoofed number

CID said Survey but just a different number for the credit card scammers. I don't answer any of them period!

How can this company be stopped? They keep changing their phone number so reporting it to the do not call list does nothing. If you ask to speak to someone you get someone and when you ask to have your  number removed they hang up. Isn't this harassment

Credit Card Services, but with a new number. I have blocked both.  Wonder how many [more] numbers they have to use? More important, how can this very real harassment be stopped????

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

These people keep harassing me day in and day out.  There is a very sick individual who needs to be stopped.  I have a very debilitating disease and I certainly do need this crap.  I am on the Do Not Call List, but this a joke! I do not know who came up with do not call list, but it is not working i.e. it is not enforced.

Why can card member services not be stopped from calling everyday?

They dont have any phone numbers at all. They have a program on their computer that places calls over the internet. This software generates fake caller ID numbers. With this, they can call you every day from now until judgment day and never use the same number twice or ever call from a real phone..

Doesn't this send up red flags?

They are criminals stealing credit card info. If they were ligit, they wouldn't be calling you....

You can buy the same program they use. It is being advertised on this site. You might even see it on this very page. Look for a banner ad that says something like...

Call Center, and has 8x8 in the domain name... They sell the stuff that keeps these criminals in business...

Yet again I received another call from these so called "credit card scam companies", but this time I was prepared...Blew my playground whistle long and loud 3 times in the receiver....I am sure the person on the other end ears are still ringing!!

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

I get many calls from different mo's showing survey on Cid. I never answer. Just got call from 301-965-7818. Didn't answer. They never give up!!!!

Sick to death of these calls, and I never answer them.  Agree with the other posts that they just keep using different caller ID's.  The "Do Not Call Registry" is a joke.

My number is on the national Do Not Call List.  At least three different numbers with the same recorded message where you are given an opportunity to be removed from the call list...they only send your phone number to another spoofed number.  I would love to talk to a real person because I have not used a credit card since 2002...what a pain to try to get rid of these people that pay no attention to the DNC list!

Because they're actually scammers and as such, won't comply with US federal laws, including the Do Not Call list.

if i were the devious type, i'd go get  a job at one of these place and give their machines the flu.  if no numbers can be generated, no calls can be made.
