This number text me regarding a vehicle for sale online (not Craigs List). The scam works by saying they can only pay with Paypal and at first saying they will pay and arrange for shipper and shipping. The text conversation then changes to say there is no western Union near them (Baltimore  LOL) they want to send me sale price plus western union shipping payment and fees. When I said there were MANY western union locations near them convo stopped.. The scam works as such... they send fake paypal confirmation of payment that will not be released until you pay the shipper (the shipper is real the address is the scammers) If and when you make payment to shipper the paypal money vanishes. I didn't get burned, but I'm sure many others have.
They gave the name Frank Michael and the email address of      manlast260@gmail.com    The supposed cell phone is a Voip. I called the number. to leave a message it was a 7 digit extension code!!!!.

Just got the same call about a bike I have for sale. Same # and all. Sent a reply about scamming people and not even a text back to try to defend themselves.
