Asking for donations for Policeman and Firemen killed in the line of duty.  Funds are supposed to go to the families.  Very persistent in trying to get a dollar commitment before mailing out donation envelope.  Was exasperated because  I would make no commitment until I researched the organization.  Finally asked him if he was a telemarketer for the charity and conversation ended.
Suspect the majority percentage goes to telemarketer. Beware

I googled this number and got almost 100 listings with Chinese characters, not one of them said anything about the Delaware police, fund raising, etc.. I agree with the person above my post.. Most likely scammers.

Called here just now. If they can not leave a message, I can not help them! LOL. Another one to block.

yes, new #, same old scam. not really the FOP or any authentic org. yes, block. i just did. wish there was a "Scam" call type in the list below.

Received call from this number.  Didn't answer.  No message left.

They just informed me that I was left money all I have to do is call and give them my information
