This is a company called Diabetes Direct.  They are telemarketers and/or scammers.  The number tracks to Ocean View, DE but who knows where they're actually calling from?  I called them back and got a recording that (among other things) told me to press "3" to be put in their Do Not Call list.  I had to press it a second time so make sure you just don't press "3" and hang up.  After pressing "3" the second time, I was told (by the recording) that I was now on their Do Not Call list.  We'll see if that happens.

This number, which was stolen from some poor innocent soul in Ocean View, Delaware called us today. I figured it was either Medic alert or Diabetic Supplies as they like to steal local numbers so much. DO they really think we will fall for something in which someone had to steal a number to call? Losers!
