All of a sudden today I've started to get spam telemarketing calls to my cell phone that all have had something to do with healthcare and this is one of them claiming to be Care Now Network. Usually my cell phone doesn't ring unless it is family but already today I've gotten 4 phone calls in just a few hours from this and other numbers so I am assuming they are all related. It is an automated call that starts off garbled and then it asks how I'm doing and hangs up.

[***] just called back AGAIN only after a few minutes after i wrote my first post. Guy who sounds like a robocaller again sounds garbled at the start, then he asks how i'm doing, says hes calling from Care Now Network and says i'm eligible for a free trip to somewhere for answering a few questions. i say "Agent" so i can get to a "real person" to request to remove my number and then robocaller says "no, i'm a real person" so i told Mr. Robocaller to remove me from his calling list. THEN he acts like he all of a sudden can't hear me anymore and starts saying "hello? hello?" and hangs up. just blocked this number because i'm sure they'll be trying to call back.

they have called 15 times today alone always asks how is my diabetes today have i injected it is a machine programmed to respond

Yep.  Same here.  Care Now Network.  I called the number back and the roboresponder says hello, how are you doing? No matter what I say, it says, "Great..." and continues with the sh peal.  I'm just blocking the number.  Maybe these Auto telemarketers should be required to have live voice number we can call back and annoy them.  They shouldn't be able to hide behind their autodialers.

This number, 302-257-5943. Has been calling me about twice a day for the last several days. There was another number before that, from the same place. This one is from DE, the prior one was from CA. Was hoping once it stopped, it was over. But I guess not.

Since medical files are suppose to be private, then who in our government has giving out this info.
We have started getting these calls. Save the number and have sent straight to voice mail

It is best not to answer the phone when they call. If they see someone is answering they will keep calling.

These numbers are connections to hackers who can use your phone to piggy back off of. It is best that if you see a phone number you do not recognize do not answer it. hit ignore or what ever you can do to prevent your answer machine from picking up. If they feel this number is useless to call they will stop calling it.

Got a "robocall" that insists it is a "real person" calling from Better Off Healthy and saying it is approved by "my health insurance" and only needs me to answer a few questions to send me something.  If I ask what my insurance company is called it hangs up, if I ask for a representative it hangs up.  Any idea how to get it to stop?

just got the 14th phone call on my cell from these idiots over the last 3 days........the FCC needs to do something about this............I let the call ring so maybe after a while they'll stop it.......going to go block it now....................................I wonder how many Washington bureaucrafts get these harassing calls......betcha none....

I am on the Do Not Call list specically to restrict telemarketers from calling.

However, I continue getting calls from them.

When I called to let them know, first I received a message that "the next customer service rep would be taking my call."  Then, I was hung up upon.

There was no indication of the organization and I am sick of their daily calls.

This care now network wants to offer me a college education.  It was the same  group that called me last week.

Answered the phone from this number and said hello. No one responded. Get calls every other day from this number.

Yes, but an active phone number will continue to ring and go to voicemail.  An inactive phone number will give a message right away stating that the number is no longer active.  I used to work for the Red Cross and they had an auto-dialer.  Once the system recognizes there is a voice, the auto-dialer connects with a live person.  A voicemail will often trigger that effect, or an automated notification message that the number is not in service.  The live person will then mark the number as inactive, or if they hear a voicemail, continue to call until they connect.

Called number back care now network.  Asked not to call me again and they said no and hung up.

These calls are sickening. They are not nice and take up my air time and keep on bothering me.
I know, don't answer. But they will keep on calling.

Here's what you do for all telemarketer calls:

First:  DON'T answer it if you don't recognize the phone number.  They'll just keep calling - they undoubtedly keep track of that.

Now the best part - if you have a smart phone, chances are likely that you can add them to your people list (mine are all named "z" so they're at the bottom of my friends) and then edit the settings of that individual phone number and send it off to voicemail.  I love this on my phone because it lets me know there's a call coming in by lighting up and showing me 'z' is calling, but it doesn't ring, and it goes straight to vm.  HUGE time saver and anxiety remover!
