Just a new scam number from Eisenburg/Whitman and Assoc.! At least this caller could speak english lol. Funny thing is that it's the same old ripoff scam company from Florida, don't be fooled, they buy debts for a few pennies that are expired or charged off and try to make you pay them using scare tactics and threats..... which by the way is totally Illegal in ALL states!

I just got a call from them and have no idea why.

I received a call from this number. When I looked it up it said Delia Retail which specializes in Women's clothing. Weird!

i have never been to newark, deleware, and dont know anybody there, when i tried to call back it goes to a fax machine or rings busy, you cant reach a person

Ha, I just had a call from this number...they asked for my daughter's EX-husband by name.  I told them that he owes me money, and if they find him, tell him I am looking for him too.  :)

Just got a call saying its a civil matter and they want to serve me legal papers

Number came up as MedExpress..smells scammy!

Just got a call saying a processor would be out, when I asked where they were calling from, she (who didn't speak very good English) just said Texas. Couldn't get any other info. I hung up on them.

I have so many numbers blocked,it is ridiculous.I am tired of it. My husband and I do not owe anyone outstanding money. They are looking for a relative, I am sure, but why harass us? It is not that hard to find people. Why can't they get it right?? and leave innocent people alone.

This is NOT Legit....  They are scamming people out of $$$ stating they owe on old debts.  For a FACT, we do not.  Yet, they continue to pester, and in fact call relatives looking for my husband; mainly to embarrass or strong arm you.

Sometimes I think the people on the other ends of the phones get paid for quantity, not quality.  So if Sally Mae Criminal makes 300 calls a day, she makes more money than Joe Honesty even though Joe had better results than Sally.  The whole freaking industry is corrupt and needs an overhaul but because big companies like Midland and NCO are making mega bucks they have enough of the right people in their pockets so the government won't do diddly quat for fear of upsetting the shills.

This caller left no message. Called  both home numbers yesterday and today.

Got a call this morning asking for a family member who doesn't live anywhere near me. Claiming they are from NY. Scam

Got a call yesterday, left no message....googled the # and have been getting these kind of scam calls for awhile now. No one can threaten you with serving papers! Don't fall for any of these scammers!!!

Got a call today asking for someone that has my EX's last name??? I just told them they had the wrong number. I guess they could've been trying to say Jami, but they said June???

I just receive a call from (302) 266-0876 and the lady asked for me by my first name. When I responded she asked me how my day was going and after my response she said she was with a company called Eisenburg and Whitman and just wanted to let me know that I was going to be served with some legal paperwork tomorrow. She proceeded to attempt to get confirmation of my location but I could avoid any legal action process against me if I would give them a payment. The call dropped and I attempted to call back to find out what this matter was concerning. All I get is a busy signal. This is a complete scam. Do not give these people any information about your accounts. Anyone who is seriously going to serve you a summons to court does NOT call you and ask you for money over the phone.

Just got a call from them, lady acted like she sending an invitation for a pampered chef party, told her if she was really serving a summons then they would contact me via the mail, or just serve me, told I would not be giving any personal info and they were going to serve then go ahead....not getting anything from me!!!
