Another "David Jenkins" collection scam. Trying to use scare tactics to get you to pay over the phone. This is not a legit company. Do not give any info, do not pay them.

Unwanted call - threatening me on sheriff picking me up on my job coming to my mobile number and to my work number

Called saying "Adam" had a complaint on his social security # and asked to be redirected to another line.

Got a call today claiming i owed a debt from 2007 which i never had. Allison Anderson wouldn't give me any information regarding the account other than I owed it.  She got very rude and claimed that it was just to inform me they'd see me in court.  I laughed at her.  They had all of my personal info which out scary.  Red flag was she would NOT give me info about the account and hung up on me.  Called back to get their companies info and my account and she hung up on me again.  Scam.

Just called me to said i owed 2200 to citi bank B>S>

Received the call from the same number that I owe money to First USA Bank. $7000 in back payments from 2003.
Went to Chase, they found in the fraudulent department tinfo on this number also.
Chase has reported to FBi. gov and also IRS.
These scum bags must be stopped from scaring people... Did not sound like Nigerians or foreign accent when I called back few times.

voicemail stating that litigation was pending against me and that I must call back or else court will become involved. Caller was a "James Howard." Said to call back 888-417-6738

This number left 2 voicemails by the name of James Powell that I must call back or sherrif will be picking me up... I called back unprofessional rep answer & said give me your claim number I advised them I put complaint agains this scam....

Just received a call from 3022953731 stating they represented citibank and that I owed $5000and that a sheriff would serve me ..reported it to citibank ...stating this company is a fraud ...be careful. ..

Call from them today saying that I was being served papers from Sprint PCS within next 48 hours. They had my last four of SSN, address and full name. I have never been a Sprint PCS Customer. I contacted Sprint PCS and they verified that I have never been a customer and have no debt with them. I've contacted my Lawyer and am waiting for the papers to show up in the mail!

Received a generic recorded call from this number yesterday, instructing me to contact an 888 number regarding a complaint filed against my social security number. Received another call today, roughly the same message, from 302-497-7113.  

Picked up the phone and this recording of James Howard called me also. Did not call them back

Received a call from them yesterday and today did a search and found no info so I was thinking it was real. After they called me again today I decided to search again and wow all u guys just started reporting this as of yesterday crazy, these guys get new numbers and do this all the time I guess..

The guy that called me was James Howard and he also stated I needed to call them back before a sherrif came and served me.

We received a recorded message regarding pending litigation--"you will be served with court proceedings at your place of employment" etc--and instructions to "press 9" to speak with an agent, who had my partner's name, last four digits of SS, and correct date of birth. The "agent" said they were "Process Mediation" and had bought an old debt (that was settled in 1998!) from Fleet Bank. I told him he would have to send me the information in writing, and he 'hung up' on me. I immediately did a reverse lookup on the number and have blocked it from my phone.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

they just called me and hung up, I call back and get hung up on again

That's the same kind of message I have gotten for the past 2 days on my cell phone. The number it came from was 302-295-3731. SCAMMERS!!!

"This is James Howard with Process Mediations. Reference this number when calling back ####-######. Please dial 888-412-6738. We need to hear from you or your attorney today. If we do not, we will assume you waive that right and will process a complaint under your name in your county's court house."

Do not even bother calling them back, but file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission via their web site and your state's attorney. Maybe if we flood the daylights out of these offices, someone may do something eventually. I hope!

I have received 2 calls in two days. Voicemail states the same as above.  

Looks like they have had a busy 2 days.
