This number left a voicemail stating something along the lines of fraudulent activity has been attached to my name and SS# and charges will be filed against me in my county.  I'm supposed to call back before the charges are filed otherwise my rights will be waived once I am summoned at my place of employment and home address.

The recording is EXACTLY the same (same verbage, same voice) as another message i recieved about three weeks ago from 601-255-3380, a MS number.  I guess they didn't like the fact that I blocked the first number...  Research on this first number states this is a debt collector related to very old debt and/or scammers.  They do not identify their company, the company on who's behalf they are collecting, the amounts, nothing.  

Needless to say, I've now blocked this DE number and I absolutely will NOT be calling them back.

I just got call from this people, and talk with some lady name Audrey, I told her I paid my account and have confirmation #, she said that this company have 2 accounts on me and wont release any information on what type of accout or acc numbers.
This company I still dont know teire name have an other phone as well 313-556-2442

Harrassing call from an answering machine threatening so serve me papers at my place of employment. Called back and this was for a debt that was settled years ago with a payday loan company through bankruptcy.
I told them to buggar off, NEVER call me again and if they have something to serve me with to bring it on.
No legitimate company calls you to say they are going to serve you. They just freakin do it.
Felt good to tell them off.

got multiple calls and messages from this number, only the name they were calling for I'd never heard of.

Tried calling this number back to tell them I am not the person they are looking for They asked if I had a case number and after telling them that I did however I was not the person they said they were looking for they hung up on me.  Called back and was hung up on again.

Is there a way to report this number to authorities, it is obviously a scam.

So I finally called the number back today after they tried calling me from a MS number and now from this number several times. When I called the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that this is a debt from 2007 from a payday loan. In my state this is past the SOL and I don't remember the loan. Any who I proceeded to ask him what court did they file in (he couldn't tell me) and what the case number is (he wouldn't tell me that either but instead told me that is the sheriff's job to give me that information, ummm OK). Last time I checked if you filed a case against me you should be able to give me the information. Well to make a long story short, when the man saw that I was not about to give any information or money but instead I started asking him for his company information so I can have my attorney get involved, he became upset, told me I wasn't making any sense and good luck in court and he hung up in my face. I called back again but he hung up in my face again. So I called back a third time and told the lady that answered the phone for them to stop calling me and do what you got to do. Obviously trying to get money that they will not be getting from me. Company is a total scam.

Does anyone know the actual name of this dead beat collection company that is calling from

They have already got several of my family members so made at me they won't speak to me.
I want to have these people arrested and class action lawsuit Started.

I got several of these calls I don't owe anyone money never had a bad check charge as they say, they need to be reported and sued.

On Wednesday, April 16, 2014 I received a call from 929-235-0666 and they left voice mail on my answering machine; the message says, "Vick E A Power, I'm contacting you from the process and summons division.  I'm calling to notify you that there will be three charges filed against you in your county.  It looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your SS number.  Vick E A Power,  I need to make you aware of your legal rights before you are served at your home or your place of employment or your legal rights will be forfeited.  Your case number is TH17428; their telephone number is 302-300-1102.  You will need to speak to someone in their legal department.   .

I have been harressed  by someone from this number several times.

I have gotten the same message as other people here on this post have gotten, these people are scammers, do not reply, put them on your blocked list!

I just received a call from the 302-300-1102 number this afternoon same recording as everyone else's fraud charges associated with my name & ss#   etc etc ... I am going to block the number . Thanks to everyone who has reported this number and company as scammers. The info is very much appreciated. :-)

I don't entertain them. There are a lot if scammers out there. Whenever someone calls you and brings up your SS# you can bet your bottom dollar it's a scam.  You did right by not calling them back. NEVER CALL BACK! KEEP BLOCKING!

Also got the same message as everyone else from (302) 300-1102.  I have blocked them.  

I keep getting a recording from 302-300-1102 and 989-641-6022 asking for a Dante Gaeta which I am not.
This has been going on twice a day for about 2 weeks.
