Caller ID said "ALERT", it's a scam call I am sure of it! DNC list is just a waste, so I will just block them along with the hundred other calls like this.

Hockessin DE on caller ID. Hung up a few seconds after the answering machine picked up.

Says "Alert" on caller id.  This is the third different number from "alert" that I have blocked in the past 2 weeks.  Keep calling, I'll just keep blocking, I've got up to 1000 numbers I can block!

Caller ID said "Alert!"  It was a prerecorded message about Obamacare. At least that's what it said it was about. Not sure why it called our # since we have health ins through our employers.

Hung up on answering machine. Is now blocked.

They called four times, each time my answering machine turned on, they hung up.  The recorded message is for Obamacare insurance, giving the option if over 65 to opt out of calls.  We'll see!!!  Most of these are robocalls, dialed by computer, you only hear the message if you speak.  They don't leave messages, because you can't call them back, many of the numbers are spoofed, I've had my own name, phone number show up in CID.  It does no good to block numbers, they continue to change, if they call, there is no answer, they just call back with a different phone number.  Sorry to say, today's technology has made this possible, it will have to be the same technology that puts an end to the telemarketers.

CID="Polling_Quest".  They always hang up before leaving a message. Note that it IS worth it to block this number...  some folks say it's not worth it as they will simply use a new number, which they may actually do...   however this number has posts to it for a year now (from Jan 2016 to now, Jan 2017!  Thus, this number has been repeatedly used for quite some time (although there may be gaps in time that it is not used), and is likely worth blocking.  They (like others) totally ignore "Do Not Call" lists...  the government really needs to get a grip on this abuse.

Caller said he wanted to talk me thru Medicare options and kept rambling. I told him I was good and hung up on him
