I had to block the number through my cell provider to stop them from reaching me.  Now it appears that they have changed the number and go through again........

These rascals harass even people living abroad if during their visit they have used credit card in US or if they  have mentioned their cellular number in some correspondence.

calling wanting  to get money to buy chemincals to cleam black money

All I get is hello , hello , yes hello. I don't think they speak english

I received call from that number but i didnt pick up the phone bcoz i was at work.  I am trying to call this number let's see who are they.

this number is calling us three time a day n everyday. everytime we answer , they hang up on us. it s really annoying n disturbing. we want this to stop

i just missed a call from this # and just curious whose is calling. This is so ridiculous.

This jerks are calling and after some time disconnect the call. The speak in some language which is not english. whose are these F**kers ??

This is a variation of the Nigerian 419 scam where they have $millions in unusable paper currency that have been treated/contaminated/whatever with a black or dark dye. They will ask you for $money to buy chemicals to clean up the notes of which you will get a large share, like invest $10,000 and get $1 million in cleaned notes.

i have experienced the same, and i remember it all started when my friend from the US called through a calling card and when i returned back the call, it says RAAGA.com....its crazy....why they wanna waste other people money, just for the sake of advertisement.....

Its not spam, its a international calling service. Kind of like a digital phone card. you input credit, and it acts as a phone card allowing you to call international countries.

I have recieved calls from this number, I think people are using calling cards these days and form calling card company's switch this number showedup. As I have select my name for this message, they really need a "LongJohnUpInUrBase". So better stop calling otherwise LongJohn is on its way :)

I just got a call from this number, when I called back its says some dot com , why US government is not looking into that issue.

I got a  missed phone call from this number. I do not know who called me.

am a Nigeria, d number called my line dis morning [24/07/13; 6.20a.m], but a lady was only saying hello hello as if she couldn't hear me. Am afraid i won't pick it again. I just browse 2know which country make use of +302.......and i see dis.
