Always calls but no answer when I say hello. Then hangs up! Sick of this day and night what is thier problem. Very sick of this night time and day time.

I picked up and they hung up.  Out of curiosity, I Googled the number.  What do I find but this page!  Hmm...

I FOUND OUT WHO THEY ARE!

Innovative Consultants.  Their website is http://www.ic-llc.net/.  I emailed them at info@ic-llc.net.  Maybe they'll get the message.

get calls from SAME VOICE every few weeks asking for someone with the same last name as me! i've gotten other calls asking for this bozo... seems this clown owes a lot of money

Same thing here, what is the point of having an un-published, un-listed number anyways. The Government's DON'T CALL LIST is bogus. I sent several e-mails to these idiots DEMANDING them to stop calling. TeleMarketers are the scum of society...

calls same time every night leaves no message

They just started in NW FL. they never leave any message, but they are calling evey day now. I just blocked the number, its been the only defense we have!

GRRRRR, I feel your frustrations, central fl here and they've been calling me for the last week and a half. No answer when I say hello. They call day and night, not even ten minutes ago they called (7:32 Pm.) anybody have any luck getting these people to stop. I'm even on the do not call list.

They just called here again at 6:26pm again for the third time today. When I pick-up they don't say anything. Very annoying.

Just got the call AGAIN.  Why can't someone make them stop?  Why do they call if they don't speak?

I have also been getting these calls for the last week. They do not leave
a message and hang up. It is out of area for me and I am hesitant to answer long distance calls on my cell - So I wait for a voice message.  None is ever left. I have not tried to call them back.  I wonder what part of the country the area code is from.  I will try that next.

I have been getting numerous phone calls from this mysterious ICLLC with a phone number 1-302-369-3107. If we answer the phone no one is there and within a few seconds the call disconnects. If the call goes into the answering machine no one leaves a message. Yesterday, November 19, 2008, I did a search on the internet and found that many people are reporting the same problem. Well, they called again today. I picked up the phone but did not say anything. Within a minute someone came on the line and asked to speak to my husband. I asked who was calling and they said "Bank of America". I then told them of the problems this number has caused and asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with Amy Obot, Senior Sales Representative of Innovative Consultants, L.L.C. Bank of America has contracted this company to call their customers to advertise something regarding Identity Theft. I asked Ms. Obot for her direct line, and she gave me that same number. I'm not happy but at least now I know what ICLLC is, and Bank of America is to blame for bothering my entire family for the past few weeks.

reduculous repeated hang up calls, i called the number back and spoke to the manager, he said the computer making the calls must be having problems i told him there are pages of people complaining about the hang and he didn't seem to take it too seriously. call the number that calls you, and ask to talk to the manger and make the same complaint i did..

I also called Bank of America and told them the Innovative Consultant guy, (the hang up caller) about it.  They gave me the phone number for "privacy assist" sales at Bank of America.( 800-516-9561) They are the ones buying telemarketing services from Innovative Consultants. I spoke with the privacy assist manager and Clem and he seriously said he would look into after seeing all that we have written on line here. He said there is a chance it is a differnet service BoA sells.. not privacy assist.

What is their problem? What do they want with my life?
How do you get rid of these people?

Get a life and a new marketing agency Bank of America!

This is incredibly irritating and it does not get you enough new business to compensate for those leaving you in disgust.
