I received a call saying that it was the Irs and they were going to be filing a lawsuit against me if I didn't call back. I called the number back and received a message that the number has been disconnected.

Number threatened me that the IRS is looking to sue me ?

SCAM - the IRS mails letters if there is a problem.  IGNORE these calls.

I received a call that this was the final notice that the IRS will be filing a lawsuit against me. Didn't ask me by name or for anyone. To call back at this number. I have never known IRS to call.  Was a digital male voice caller.

Exactly as the other person posted, a bogus call saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I called the number and no answer.

I also got a recording saying"final notice IRS has a lawsuit against you"  I didn't bother calling but checked the internet first and learned this has happened to others. Thank you all for posting what this is really all about.  Bogus!

i just received thesame call and when i called back, phone number cant be reached. im so freakin worried. what did i do? then i checked the net. Then everybody is saying that it is a bogus call.  i hope so

These call was coming from Washington DC now it is from Delaware, They seriously need to stop calling me, I already know IRS do NOT call anyone, they mail you.

I have been receiving these calls too from 3023803686 so I kept calling him back letting him know that I reported him to the IRS.gov fraud website although I don't think they care so I kept calling back and texting him to harrass him telling him the police are on the way.  Just for fun--the IRS never calls they will contact you by paper mail.

This is getting very annoying, I am on the forever do not call list, I block numbers and another one comes thru. It's not even April anymore, between these calls and alleged Bank of Tonga saying they are holding money for you!!! What is being done to trap these a..wipes!
