We get a call from this number every other day and it's incredibally annoying!!!!!! STOP CALLING!

This # is from a extended auto insurance plan that claims to cover your powertrain for the time that you pay for it. I bought the plan from them 5 years ago and my tranny went out, called to make a claim for repair and was told that since the damage was only done to part of the tranny it would not pay for it. I bought the plan for 1,850$ for 15 months for my 68 year old grandmother. Was informed when the tranny completely went out they would consider replacement. II explained that it went from 1st to 3 gear and no 2nd and reverse was not working properly and I did not think it was safe to drive. After numerous calls to the claim center all I got was a recording saying (Goodbye). If you get a call from them just grab an air horn and blast it into the phone.

I call back to tell them to take me off their call list and mention that im on the do not call list. The guy who would not tell me who he was or who he was working for said that he would not remove my number because I demanded it. Then he went on to tell me to shut up while he talked and asked if I wanted warranty or not. I then again said to remove my number and he went on asking if I was ready with my social security number, checking and routing and also credit card numbers of myself, my wife and my mom at which point I told him to F<k off. I hung up on him and he tried calling back. Needless to say I reported this number to the fcc. I'm hoping everyone else follows suit.

Be careful when dealing with this warranty company.  I tried making a claim on the engine going bad and they told me it was a preexisting problem and I was not covered.  I then paid out of my pocket the cost of the repair and hired a lawyer.  He contacted the warranty company and was told that I had voided my warranty by getting the car fixed without them have a chance to inspect the engine to insure there was a problem.

You can win in a court case, but you will be without your vehicle for months.

Stop calling me. If this is a scam I will press charges or follow with legal action.

Called our office at 12:15 PM. Hung up before they navigated our IVR. Caller ID said SRVC CALL 3023949971.

I will hire a lawyer. I want to know how many people want to sue these idiots?

To sue them you have to find them, find a physical address.  Good luck with that.

Calls & hang up

If you have the time, lead them on and keep getting escalated as if you want to buy.  You can eat up 20 minutes of their time and THEN tell them to get lost.  That costs them money and they might back off calling you.  If you waste their time at least there is some justice.  Courts and the feds don't care.

I will contact the FCC if necessary. This (302) 394-9971 from Wilmington, DE, is nonsense and completely unprofessional. They asked for Robert, nope, and the hung up abruptly before I could even finish saying, "Stop calling here." They've called four times today. Nonsense. I'm already on a Do Not Call List for this kind of ridiculousness.

Other users report that this is a car warranty company. I have not talked to them, but these morons are fairly persistent. I have had 4 calls show up in my call log today despite the fact that I have them configured to receive an “out of service” recording!

This is my 4th call from 302-394-9971.  I received my 2nd call from them today. I filed an FCC complaint against the number.  I have filed nine other FCC complaints (this will be the 10th) and have received acknowledgement of the complaints from the FCC. I have never received another phone call from any of the numbers that I filed a complaint against.  I also have a call blocker and block them the first time they call. This means when they call again the phone rings once and hangs up on them. I also log all my calls, if they call four or five times I file the complaint.  This is especially true if the name on my caller ID shows a V40818110000360 type number in the ID name section.

The fu**ing FCC is useless. I have turned these guys in before. I think it's about time we start writing our congressmen. Perhaps someone could come up with a web page generated letter that I can add my info to and send it in to congressman xxx. These people need to be stopped and the government needs to start taking action on them. That's what I pay taxes for. Just registering with the FCC my complaint isn't going to do anything. I guess we are all sheep and sending in a phone number to the FCC webpage makes us all feel good because the government is "protecting us".

Got a call from them. They asked for my mother. I asked regarding what, and they immediately hung up. I've talked to these people before and told them to stop calling. Their response was that they don't. [***].

Called at 12:30PM and asked for me by name. After a slight delay I asked them what they were selling. He wanted to give me $5,000 off a new Chevrolet.
