A indian lady called me ..to tell me i have hacker are gettng into ny yahoo accout..she told me she could. help with my problem on my computer...i dobt. believe her.

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

Same thing happen to me . A person from 'Windows" tech support called and said that someone had hacked my email account of which he stated my email ID and that they were taking personal information from my computer and to please get to my computer quickly so he could help fix the problem at no charge. When I stated I had software installed for just that thing he said the hackers are smarter! "Really??!!"   Yeah goodball YOU are the hacker and cant get around my software unless I let you!
Uh nope! When I told him that I was looking up on internet as we spoke about phone scam window tech support and that he was a fraud. he hung up! BEWARE!!!

Yep I continue to get these calls too. Ugh when will it stop?

This morning I got a call from Shawn, he tells me he was from the computer support department, someone has hacked my email account. I told him that I will change my email, he said it would not do any good. They have access to my computer through the computer id. I talked to someone that does IT and he said that they can get that number in many ways. He gave me the phone number to call him back, and ask for Shawn. I know that it was a scam...It  came through as an unknown caller.

got the same call today from the same guy Shawn; He also stated that my person information was currently being stolen off of my computer which was off so I am not sure how that could happen. He specifically said we was from Microsoft. and he had my email address.

I keep receiving calls from Shawn at the Microsoft Registered Service Center, 302-409-0997. He says my computer has been comprised and wants to get into it. Of course I said no and got this info to look up.
