Keeps calling no message

They won't take NO or I am not interested as an answer.  I have gotten three phone calls from 302-411-0831 and 302-411-1111 in the last two hours.

These people are the worst ever. They call me anywhere from 15-20 times A DAY. Here are some of the other numbers they use

They call me just as frequently, and I was surprised when they just left a message.  Apparently they didn't intend to leave me a message - all I got was to hear them complaining to one another about someone who asked "Why do you keep calling me?" and their laughing response was "Why do you have a phone?".

I certainly don't have a phone to keep getting harassed by you!

I keep getting phone calls on my cell phone from 302-411-0831. It's been going on for weeks now. They call 2Xa day!! How can I stop these annoying calls. If you call the # back, it says the phone number is not in service.

I just filed a complaint with the FCC.  Maybe you should too so these idiots get shut down.  http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
