SCAM>>>>Get a VM from a David Jenkins that says I am up for litigation and only have 48 hours to respond. Funny because it is all automated and they don't explain who they are and what for?? I got a call from a different number in the same area over a week ago with the same VM message...just block them.

just got a call from this number.....scam.....automated message......telling me i have 48 hours to respond.....and i up for litigation.....

Left a message saying its from David Jenkins that says the same litigation matter.  Had an attorney to phone them and they are very nasty about any information concerning the matter.  Really don't know if its a scam or not just yet.

I got the same messages: pending litigation against me, 48 hours to reply etc etc. I've gotten this a few times now. Not sure how to block the number.

Received calls on cell phone and house phone from these people called themselves Process Mediation.  Said I had 48 hours.  Told me credit card acct was not paid.  Credit Card company told me this was bogus request. Credit Card company said I hadn't  done business with them in 30 years, that I did not owe them one penny. When Process Mediation called back I told them and asked for the credit card number  in question.  They could not they give me card number. They said bank was wrong, expect wage attachment and hung up on me. Process Mediation is playing a game with us - SCAM
