    Hi,
I'm getting phone calls from this number asking for my son and my cousin claim they are from a fraud division and they have a warrant on the two for bank fraud. When I call number back I get a recording, they are trying to get money to keep from arresting these two. Can some tell me who number this is.

Denise,  I can tell you that it is a scam in the making.   This is the typical lines used by the Indian/Pakistani scammers to motivate payments by fear.   The only "Fraud Division"  is in the  Mumbai  Boiler room where these scammers call from.  Tell them you know its a scam and  to PO  because their wasting your time as well as theirs.
