Caller identified themselves as from Bank of America, offered me a new credit card (i had recently applied for a limit increase but was denied) with a higher limit and decent rate.  Didnt ask for any personal information, said the card would be shipped.

Bank of America - I was disconnected from a call I had made to BoA regarding my account. I called back and while speaking to another representative, I got a call waiting beep. I'm guessing that the representative that I was speaking to when I was cut off was calling me back.

I just received a call claiming to be from BOA and it's legit. I called BOA card services 1.800.421.2110 and confirmed that the caller and call was legit

I had applied for a Bank of America credit card and was not instantly approved online. I received this call approximately 2 weeks after I applied asking for additional information to approve the credit card.

It sounds like this number is trying to send a fax but the call comes in every 7 minutes - for two hours now - it might lasts forever...who knows

Someone named Tayshone from BoA called and asked me to call her back with this number 866-297-4236.

Received a call from 302-457-5242.  Asking if I had recently applied for credit card with BoA-  I had not.  Gave me 1-866 number to have my husband call back (he was not home at the time)- and app was in his name.  He called back and told them NOT to put the app through since he had not applied for ANY credit card recently.

I missed a phone call from 302-457-5242 this morning and a male individual left me a voicemail. He claimed that he is calling from Bank of America and the call is regarding to my exisitng business with them. He asked me to call back at 1-888-831-4181. I called back and the greeting didn't verify anything about Bank of America call center. I am glad I check here.

After asking to speak with a manager, I was called four days later by this number.  It turned out to be "Card Services" and not a manager to be found.  They are customer service representatives taking turns pretending to be the manager.

Received a call from 302-457-5242 on my cell phone. Woman identified herself from Bank of America and wanted to update my employment (salary) and position, with the plan of decrease my credit limit.  I requeted she send infomation in writing because I was a victim of ID theft and too much information was already out there with people trying to open accounts in my name. I wlll update if I receive anything in the mail.....
Try to call 302 457-5242.  It is inactive and you are referred to "Card Services" 800 441-7048.  Without a 5-digit extension, you are out of luck.

Caller said they were processing a recent credit card application for me and wanted to know my Social Security number.  I refused.  I asked for a secure website to use instead and was given the run around.  This sounds totally bogus!

Recieved a call from 302-457-5242. Caller said he was a rep from BOA and was responding to a letter I had sent in asking for an interest rate decrease on my account. He said he could not help me but offered me help through a "financial assistance" non profit company they work with who could help me lower the payments on all my credit cards. I said ok, I would listen to them and he proceed to put us on a 3-way call. Just as Daniel from (unknowm company) said hello, I was cut off. I immediatley googled the number and found it may have been a third party scheme BOA has to get your money through this "assistance" company. Oh, and they never called me back to finish the call. If you need help, find it yourself. I won't go any further is they call again. I'll just continue to write letters and call directly to BOA for some relief.

I received a call from a 800 number when I returned the call it was a non working number and then referred me to 302 457 5242.  I don't have a Bank of America account as the other emails have reported.

Got a male voice call through my cell phone asking for additional information on my BOA account and my monthly income . I informed him to ask me through my email ,or through the mail but I did not respond with that kind of info over the phone. Threaten to cut off my accounts I told him to stick it where the sun don't shine.

Received a call from this number at home and at work.  I called the number and was told that it was currently inactive.  The recording gave me another number to call but needed an extension in order to speak with anyone.  The recording says thank you for calling Bank of America.  Sounds legit but without being able to speak to anyone, I can't confirm that it is.

caller id showed 302-457-5242 but ask to call 1888-503-6092 and asked for social security number.  Do not have any busainess with bank of america or credit card...scam.....

A friend informed me today that someone from this number called his cell phone today asking for me.  I have lived outside of the country for about 6 months and have no idea how BoA (the caller never identified his/herself as being from any company) or any other person/entity from Delaware would get his number to contact me.

I reported Bank of America to the Better Business Bureau for poor customer service and I got call from this number the next day. I didn't answer because I did not know the number, but a lady named Kim left me a voice mail regarding the complaint I filed against them and left me the phone number 866-965-1506 and her 5-digit extension of 75834. This was a legit call.
