302 464-5883 said they were Microsoft and that they wanted to check my PC because I was getting unwanted downloads.

Thanks Chris........I didn't give them any info, I asked for their phone number so I could check them out!

Called claiming to be ms windows care dept.  Asked for number and called them back asking some questions.  They fumbled around and hung up.

Got a call from this number they said it was windows and they were getting messages from my computer and it had a virus. When I ask for the number so I could call back he didnt like that but gave me the number so I could check. When I called back it still sounded not right so I told them to take me off there call list. In two min. the first guy called back and asked if  I called, told him I checked the number on the internet and to take me off the list this is what he said to me......I WANT TO F--- YOU [***].  Guess I was right not ligit....

This number is now Allied Titanium Parts in Middletown, DE.  I registered for an account here and got a call from their service rep from this number    http://www.alliedtitanium.com/
