Mispronounced my last name. Asked me twice if I were that person. When I asked who was calling, she hung up. Spoke in what sounded like a contrived high pitched voice. Called at 5:45 PM

We got a similar call from 302-544-7118. When we asked if she was a telemarketer, she didn't say anything. We asked to be taken off the list. She then hung up

I also got a call from this person. I could hear people in the background and as soon as i said hello, they hung up. I called back and no one answered...

when I answered, the person listened for a sec, then hung up

Got a call, maybe will pay a visit

We keep getting calls with no one on the line.  This continues to happen over a period of days now.

same thing they keep calling my house but will not talk when I answer the phone

Have gotten calls from this number for several days now.  Answered twice, only to be hung up on.  Heard background noise the last time.  Tried to call back, but line just clicked.

Keep getting these calls.  No one there.  Busy when calling back.

SUCCESS!!!  I answered on the first ring tonight and the girl got out as much as the company she was calling from.....Atlantic Water!  I interupted her to ask her why she was calling and the call was disconnected.

I googled the company and found out that they're local....based in New Castle Delaware.....I called their offices back and asked if they telemarketed---they admitted "YES" and confirmed the numbers (544-7131, 7133 and 7138 are the ones that call here daily).  I DEMANDED that they take our phone# out of their system.  We're on the National Do Not Call list, and I SWEAR, if they call here again.....I WILL file a complaint with the FCC

Thanks for info apirateslife4evr, I called them to report, told them the internet thought they were a**holes...the person I talked to, Molly I believe she said, did not really seem to care. I am going to file a complaint through the state office and BBB for this company, I'd advice others to do the same.

I mistakenly opted for the "free" in home water test this company offered and was offered a free gas card worth 100 dollars.  When the sales man posing as a water testing tech showed up I suffered through a hour and a half lecture on the importance of treated water with miraculous claims of miracle cures from the use of thier water treatment solution.  

After the interview was over and I declined the almost 7000 dollar water treatment unit they offered I was left a piece of paper to fill out and send into thier office to get my free gas card.  

It's been over 6 months after mailing the paper and I still get calls from this company every so often and still... no gas card.

got this number off my caller id and when i call back i get no answer... it is a pain in the neck

They started calling me as soon as I bought my first home here in Kennett. They played themselves off as the water company. When I told them I have a well, and no public water company, she went on about the merits of having well water tested. When I told them our water was tested by a well inspector prior to moving, she had some bright answer for that. I told her I have an in-house filter. She had an answer for that, too. Being the push over that I am, I couldn't just hang up on her. I wound up scheduling a meeting with their "inspector", but canceling it at the last minute. Now they have been calling me at least once a day for two months trying to schedule another. I tell them not to call me anymore, and that I am not interested. But they won't leave me alone. Save yourself. Don't answer the phone. These people are beyond annoying.
