Called to my phone this morning .I did not recognize the number so I answered and hung up.

I received a call from this number & did not answer since I do not recognize - looked up # and it said it belongs to some bank in Delaware - tried top call back - busy signal - I am sure this is a scam of some type...

Got a call from this number. Didn't answer and have no plans to call back. Googled the number and it is out of Delaware. I don't live in Delaware, don't know any one in Delaware. I have zero business with Delaware.
This most likely a scam. So watch out.

This is a Fax number for Netspend, a bank that issues Prepaid credit and debit cards.  The line is busy when I call, I called the 800 number and no one there could tell me why I was being called.
