Texted about my Craigs List ad...Felt uncomfortable from the beginning.  Used the email, marymeyer04@gmail.com.  Watch out for this one!

SCAM. Texts email address for you to contact them wants you to give them your PayPal account so that they can buy your Craigslist item. Her next step ts she'll send you an extra  $700 so you can wire it to the freight agent who will be picking it up. If you do this, well bye bye  $700. The PayPal payment is fake and if you look in your actual PayPal account nothing has transpired. Total crook!

Same story as the other comments.  Texted soon after posting was listed on Craigslist.  Gave email as marymyer04@gmail.com.  Wanted my PayPal account info.

Just got a text from Mary Meyer about my craigslist item. Wanted me to email, I suggested they call, continued to just text and wants my pay pal account. Texted me from 302-763-9507. Things didn't feel right so I googled the number. Thanks for letting me know its a scam.

I was checking on a phone number for a text that I received from Mary Myer who was asking about furniture that I had
listed on Craigslist in Raleigh.   the phone number was from 302-763-9507 and she wanted me to e-mail her at
marymyer04@gmail.com

I got a text message today from this number +1 (302) 763-9507 Telling me to email back at marymyers04@gmail.com after I posted some furniture for sale in Craiglist San Diego She/he was willing to pay the whole price for my BR set (1000 dlls)and mentioned to pay me through PayPal, then she say says she had a "problem with the shipping agent" and needed to pay me 500 dlls more so I can pay the "shipping agent" myself through a money order. This is a SCAM !! Be aware. She will ask you for your PayPal info. I'm glad I caught it on time and reported to PayPal.

Same here, contacted me for a Craig's list post, wanted a money transfer.

I've got 2 more possible phone numbers for this scammer 845-478-6246 and 702-621-4772 - this 2nd number is a text only number when you call.  I emailed marymyer04@gmail.com as requested and sent them a purchase agreement to use paypal and required their full name, address, shipper etc...then I googled marymyer and found this information!  Meanwhile they emailed back asking for more pictures of my item.  I responded that I had googled them and stop wasting my time trying to scam me.
