I answered a call from 1-302-764-5921and it was a recording from "Rachael at Card Services". It said to press 1 for info so I thought I would confront the person and tell them to put me on their no call list. A young man answered and asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate. When I told him about the recording and mentioned Rachael, he quickly hung up on me. I get this same call on my home and cell phone. I even tried pressing the numbered button they tell  you to press if you no longer want these calls, but that does not stop the calls. This same call comes from different phone numbers. I called it back and got a recording that said that this number has been disconnected. I have both of my phone numbers listed on the Do Not Call List but that doesn't seem to stop these calls either. I would love to hear that these people have been caught and charges filed against them.

ROFL! Must be nice getting a phone call from a dead Queen of Scotland!

Ditto Slim. These guys jammed my phone with 5 subsequent calls. It's a boiler room. My previous ditched 302 #'s are all the same,

Mary Stewart... I've gone all the way thru also to get to a person and once I tell them DON'T need your services THEY HANG UP on me!!

Received a call from "Mary Stewart" at 302-764-5921 with a recorded message about my credit card account being in fine shape. Was ordered to call another number. When I called this number back, it was disconnected.

What this is scam telemarketers calling from a boiler room with a spoofed or stolen phone number. Very common these days. The caller is a crook so there is no reason to pick up or deal with them.

Tricked me into answering , turns out to be that dead blame Rachel from credit card services. These people will stop at no lengths to get live phone numbers. I hope & prey that the fleas from a thousand camels infest their body hair & make them the kind of fleas that you can not kill. These people need to get a life.

It is Rachel from credit card services. I wish no one any ill will but these people need to go.

Trying to obtain credit card numbers

Just got a call from this number  I don't answer unidentified callers, left no message.   There must be a way to stop scam calls.

3027645921 state it is from Mary Stewart.   It is the recorded Rachael call from Member Services.  Did not leave a message today and picked up today.  

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Just got a call from this number showing "Mary Stewart" as the name. Talking about card services and an option to lower credit card interest rates. I never spoke with an actual person. It was a recording with no identifiable information as to what company is affiliated with the number. It's not trustworthy.

Wish calls would stop.  I do not answer unknown numbers but have to stop work to check caller ID.

Received a call from this number on March 11and March 12th. Left no message. Caller name Mary Stewart.

Callback leads to "the number you have called has been temporarily disconnected".  A clear sign of scammers.  Also, there are a number of indications that even this message is not being provided by a phone company, but is a spoofed message being delivered by the scammer's number, (which itself has a spoofed caller ID).
