We got a call from this number at 5:45am 3/8.  Is there a way to find out who they are and report them?

Call received at 4:33 AM 3/8/08. Mortgage refinance telemarketer. Seems the only thing you can do is report it to: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Call came in at 11:27pm on 3/7.  Couldn't get to it in time but called it back. Got a not in service message.  Sure would like to meet the one responsible for waking up me, wife, and THREE KIDS that late at night!

Today at 5:30 am call received at home from 302-867-5309. As already reported here, number can't be called back.  I reported it to the do not call registry since my home number is registered for no telemarketing etc.

Received the call at 4:41am on 3/8, woke us all up.  I'm going to report it also to https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

I hit redial and recd a message that I must first dial '1'
When I did, a message said call cannot be completed as dialed.

Call came in from 302-867-5309 at 3:00am.  no one answered. called back and got "you dialed a number which long distance rates apply"  this was witin my area code.

302-567-5309 Called my husband's cell 10:51 a.m.  From the other messages, it looks like I was lucky enough not to get awakened which would have made me more angry.  Mine is on charge, so maybe I will see a missed call.  Refinance mortgage taped message.  We're on the do not call list, too, but for the few people that actually take the time to do something about calls like this, the company would rather do the illegal call and pay the fee.  BE PART OF THE FEW!

This number called my phone too at 11 a.m. I didn't make it to the phone in time, I tried calling back and was told that the call could not be completed as dialed. After reading all these posts, I filed a complaint as well!

3/8/2008 received call from 302-867-5309 this morning at 8:00 am. didn't answer. Incidentally, my sister and her husband both received same call last night on their cell phones. phones range simultaneously!

I got a call from the same number at 4:55am. No one there when I answered. My wife asked who it was, I told her it was "Jenny" I'm even funny at 5am.

Call came in from 302-867-5309 on 3/8/08 at 4:27 AM.  I read the number to my husband and right away he started singing the Jenny song (which is amazing if you know how out of it my husband is when he wakes up!) Anyway, I let it go to our answering machine and no message was left.

called my cell, my husbands cell, then our home at 5am

Reveived a call at 4:30 a.m. on 3/8/08 from 302-867-5309.
It was a sale pitch, we hung up.  Called the police and reported this.

Call came in at about 2:30am. God help this person if I find out who it is.
Mo mercy in the legal department if I get a chance.

Got this last night at 1:34 in the morning. (Well actually this morning) No answer. Didnt call back
