Stop calling me trying to get me to represent your company please

Called my business line, left a VM saying that they've been trying to reach my business, calling from the state of Colorado, and tried to sound intimidating. I looked it up, it's some electronic payment company. This EPS business may be located in Colorado, but he's not calling from any state office, as he tries to make it sound.
I called back and got a rep operator who transferred me to his extension, 4011, but it just rang and rang, so I called the woman back. I started to tell her that I've looked up this number online as being EPS, even though the caller said he's calling from the state of Colorado in an attempt to intimidate me. I said I didn't appreciate receiving these spam calls on my business line and she abruptly stopped me and sent me to some voice mail line. I left no message, and know to disregard this call. It's funny that the woman is obviously tired of receiving complaint calls like mine, but not tired enough to get an honest, real job.

My business just received a phone call from this number.  Caller ID reads EPS, Inc.  The caller asked for me, my manager asked who was calling.  They told him they were calling about a class action law suit.  He came to get me right away.  They hung up before I could get to the phone.  I searched here. . . . .  THANK YOU again!  Very helpful sight.

Yup they are some kind of scam, trying to intimidate people with bs law suit tactics

it has a lot of scam report since 2010.  
I don't want them to call my business number.  It is on Do Not Call registry.  FTC needs to enforce the law based on complaints.  So many calls every single day.

Not that it matters to telemarketers, they couldn't care less about the laws, but business phone numbers are exempt from the Do Not Call registry. We're not protected. Get a call blocking device. I did and it's made a HUGE difference.

A lady called from (303) 221-2510 saying that they are calling regarding a pending law suit.  SPAM, SPAM, SPAM.

As soon as I ask to identify herself or her company, she hang up.

This is an old dirty trick of intimidating people with the word " law suit " . Our business has an outstanding credit and never being involved in legal problems.

Same as the other posts for me (calling about merchant processing). The caller ID said "NAT STATE BANK" How can a bank be both national and state? That alone sounds fishy.
