Credit Card company to retailers like Victoria's Secret, Limited, Structure, Spiegel, etc...

Called cell and home phones, but did not leave message.

Called me several times in one day.  Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I have an Express card and someone else mentioned them, so it is likely they are affiliated.

number called at least 10 times a day, and then, a 913 number keeps calling as well.

303 255 5028 = World Financial Networks Nations Bank.
Apparently a bottom feeder.  I think the best way to handle them is to send a written complaint to the headquarters of the company with which you are actually doing business, one for everytime WFNNB calls.

First phone call was made 6.23.08 at 9:18AM - I wasn't home
Second- 6.23.08 at 6:39 PM , I answered. Girl with Asian accent was asking for Janis.( I have son Janis who registered dep.stores "Express" credit card to my address).I said: who is asking. Girl answered : it's Julie.
Me - :"who gave you this phone number?" Girl-: Janis gave me.
I said : really? I don't believe you, why are you calling here?
Girl- : it is a personal matter, is she arround?

From last sentence- I understood that it is a scam since I have son and Janis and not a daughter.
I confront her with her lie and asked not to call this number again, because my phone number is registered on do not call list. She hang up on me. But today I saw phone call from them again.From the same phone number at 9:27 AM.

They've called here from that number 12 times in three days, starting around 7:30 am and not stopping until 8pm. It's saying on the ID it's unknown. Never leave a message to say who they are or who they're looking for when they call. Usually now they hang up before the voice mail greeting is through. Obviously an autodialer. I think they need to read up on the DNC registry listings. Haven't tried them back. Don't want them to get the impression there's a real person at the end of the line, but now I see they've bothered other people in the same way, I might go ahead and dial them up...I'll set my alarm to go off around 7:30am tomorrow then.

Called around 630pm did not leave a voice mail either then about 30 mins later another number (303) 255-5075 called and didn't leave a voice mail.

303-255-5028 keeps calling at least 4-6 times a day and whenever I not answer they leave no message. When I do answer I can not understand a single word they are saying so I end up hanging up on them. I even have my number now to forward to my Google Voice number and now whenever they call I mark it as spam and my phone no longer rings in from them.

Calls repeatedly. No message left, unrecognized number. Annoying. Blocked.

This is the 20th different number used by Comenity Bank.  They never leave a message.  We don't have any of their credit cards or delinquent debts of any kind with anyone.  I assume they took over World Financial Networks Nations Bank which was making similar calls 11 years ago as noted on earlier comments for this number.  Or a freelance debt collector changed companies they make calls for.
